We have ambitious plans for the future and we are looking for a contract support officer (CSO) to join the Catalogue Procurement team.<br><br><strong>About The Role<br><br></strong>As a contract support officer at ESPO, the successful candidate will be working in a busy and progressive category team liaising with suppliers in gathering financial information regarding turnover and developing and using other management information to confirm rebate / income streams relevant to the team’s budget. You will manage and collate management information for meetings with suppliers and for ESPOs senior leadership team.<br><br>Other duties include analysing and manipulating management information to produce graphs and charts; supporting the team with high‑level market research; maintaining framework and supplier databases; assisting with ESPO’s annual pricing exercise; providing administrative support such as preparing correspondence and presenting information; conducting and recording compliance checks on existing framework suppliers; handling price‑related queries and updating data within ESPO’s ERP system; and carrying out any other relevant duties as required.<br><br><strong>About You<br><br></strong>To apply for this post, you must have:<br><br><ul><li>GCSEs A-C in English and Maths or equivalent</li><li>Experience of working as part of a team and experience in a customer facing / supplier facing role</li><li>Experience of customer/client relations and engagement with stakeholders</li><li>Market analysis/data analysis/interpretation or manipulation of financial data/data presentation</li><li>Ability to organise and prioritise a variable workload and the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with customers, colleagues, suppliers and other contacts.</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills including confident telephone manner.
