About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Designer / Stylist to join our team at Hobby Lobby's corporate office. As a Visual Merchandising Designer / Stylist, you'll play a key role in creating visually stunning photography and video sets that showcase our products and inspire our customers. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and style photography and video sets to showcase Hobby Lobby's products in a visually appealing and creative way. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative Direction, Clients, and colleagues to ensure project objectives are met and align with Division/Corporate Brand Guidelines. Anticipate and resolve potential issues that may arise during project execution, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Review final images to ensure they meet project objectives and are consistent with brand guidelines. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, styles, and inspiration to inform and enhance your styling work. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Experience or skills in a related field, such as styling, art direction, or DIY projects. Proven styling experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work (6-8 examples of your styling work for photoshoots, video shoots, or promotional/advertising campaigns). Ability to work collaboratively with a friendly team and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to perform work commitments at our corporate office in Oklahoma City. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experience will be considered a plus: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge of current trends and styles in visual merchandising and styling. Proficiency in styling for various mediums, including packaging, social media, and web.
