About Us

We are a contract customer service company specializing in the private transportation industry (black luxury vehicles, stretch limos, etc.). Our agents handle inbound calls from customers seeking price quotes, booking reservations, confirming trip details, and general inquiries.

Job Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and assist customers with reservations, pricing, and general questions.

Accurately input customer details into the provided software.

Communicate via WhatsApp and other tools as required.

Log in and out for your shift consistently and maintain communication with the team.

Collaborate with other agents while handling calls simultaneously.

Maintain a professional and courteous tone at all times.

Seek guidance when unsure of how to handle a situation.

Shift Availability

šŸ“… Weekend Evenings & Overnight Shifts

Overnight Shift (Every Day): 10:00 PM – 4:00 AM PST

āœ… This position can be worked alongside other non-call/phone-based contracts, but our calls must take priority.

Compensation

šŸ’° $8.00 per call answered (Overnight Shift: 10 PM – 4 AM PST)

šŸ’° $2.50 per reservation made (all shifts)

Opportunities for rate increases based on performance and quality of service.

Requirements

Smartphone & laptop/computer (must be able to quickly navigate software).

Strong communication skills and ability to ask for assistance when needed.

Reliable internet connection.

Prior customer service experience (preferred but not required).

Important Notes

āš ļø This position should be considered supplemental income rather than a primary job. Call volume fluctuates based on industry seasonality and events—some days may have multiple calls, while others may have none. Overnight is extremely slow hence the higher payment per call.
