Job Summary:

Our Customer Service Representative (CSR) are responsible for ensuring that our clients have the best possible experience at ATS. Maintaining high quality of service will entail your interaction with our existing/former clients who have basic questions about their account or need to provide additional information for us to move forward. Rather than playing defense with clients who are escalated to QA, CSR will operate to prevent clients from getting to this point by ensuring that all clients who call in are attended to with high-quality service, attention and understanding. CSR’ will field client’s inquiries and either providing them answers or directing them to those who can.

Responsibilities will primarily include, but may not be limited to:

  • Answering Income Calls promptly from the customer service queue.
  • Locating/Identifying clients using reports in SalesForce who have not been communicated with in over 30+ days.
  • Outbound phone calls to clients to provide updates/next steps.
  • Collecting/Uploading documents to SalesForce
  • Setting/Fulfilling task on individual client profiles in SalesForce
  • Answering/Delegating client’s questions.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong Written/Verbal communication skills
  • 3+ Years of Customer Service Experience with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction/focus
  • 1+ Years of experience in the Tax Resolution Industry Preferred
  • Strong ability to multi-task and adapt quickly
  • Reliable and Strong Attendance
  • Works well under intense customer/client conversations
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in group-oriented objectives
  • 45+ WPM [Minimum]

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
