Customer Service Representative (Towing):
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented insurance assistant to join our team that specializes in tow truck and roadside assistance insurance. This role is perfect for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized.
Major Responsibilities:
  • Checking in renewals and endorsements and send to clients.
  • Processing change requests to the carriers.
  • Running and verifying MVRs.
  • Working with various carriers for deductibles and claims, etc.
  • Support Senior Account Manager in day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Provide expert professional support to our Agent Owners and help grow and retain business.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Insurance experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management skills and strong analytical, judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Applied Epic experienced.
