What You'll Do:

Be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and solutions.

Support policyholders with billing, coverage questions, and claims.

Work closely with our sales team to ensure smooth customer experiences.

Participate in training and coaching to develop your skills and grow your career.


Requirements

What Were Looking For:

Bilingual is a plus.
