What You’ll Do


  • Own and manage relationships with key global accounts – you’ll be the trusted point of contact for our customers.

  • Handle order management from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams to resolve challenges and keep customers informed.

  • Drive continuous improvement projects and support our digitalisation goals.

Experience and Skills

What We’re Looking For


  • Fluent English (additional European languages highly desirable – German preferred)

  • Experience in B2B customer service or order management (chemicals or manufacturing industry is a plus)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you’ll work in a multicultural environment

  • Ability to prioritise, work independently, and stay proactive under pressure

  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a love for learning

Nice-to-Haves


  • SAP or similar ERP experience

  • Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or international trade

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
