The Role

This isn’t a copy-paste customer service job. You’ll become an expert on the company’s sportsbook and casino products and act as a one-stop contact point for players.

You’ll handle daily communication via calls, live chat, and email, making sure players receive fast, clear, and professional support. No two days look the same, and that’s part of what makes the role interesting.

You will:

  • Resolve customer queries across phone, chat, and email
  • Take ownership of complex cases and follow them through to resolution
  • Work directly with internal teams and external providers
  • Approve withdrawals and handle account-related processes
  • Process KYC documentation and conduct enhanced due diligence when needed
  • Run daily security and transaction checks to protect the business
  • Contribute to team KPIs and overall service levels
  • Share feedback to improve systems, FAQs, and internal processes
  • Support management with ad hoc analysis of customer trends

Requirements

  • Fluent Danish (written & spoken)
  • Comfortable working shifts
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in sports and casino is a plus
  • Previous customer service experience is beneficial
