About this role

We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern to join our growing data team for the Summer-Fall 2026 terms. As a Data Analyst Intern at Super, you will be responsible for using data to answer strategic questions and support our business strategy and rapid growth. With a strong analytical and data-driven approach you’ll help our team organize, visualize and understand large data sets relating to various performance marketing channels. This is an exciting opportunity that will allow you to run deep-dive analysis, create regression or segmentation models, build dashboards and generate reporting to drive business growth and draw strategic insights from product, user, and operational data.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Data-driven Culture: you will be an ambassador for our data-driven culture, taking data and using it to answer business questions and drive strategy & decision making

  • Data Management: you will access, clean and organize raw data in a way that makes sense for you, your team and your stakeholders

  • Visualizations: you will help us to see and understand our data in a way that makes sense, creating automated dashboards and funnels for various internal teams

  • Hard Questions: You’ll be taking our data and using it to answer business questions, drive strategy and decision making

What we’re looking for:

  • You can pull, clean and manipulate large sets of complex data to turn them into stories that business stakeholders can understand

  • You can write SQL queries and perform data analysis with Python and/or R, and know your way around analytics tools (Looker, amplitude DBT and snowflake)

  • You are naturally curious and have a solid understanding of common statistical methods and how they relate to real world applications

  • You are able to work independently while also embracing mentorship and guidance, confidently addressing stakeholder requests and contributing valuable insights.

  • You take ownership of your work, leveraging the support provided to solve problems and deliver impactful results.

  • You are comfortable navigating ambiguous or changing priorities and can adjust your approach to meet new challenges.

  • You understand how data insights connect to broader business goals and are eager to learn how to make strategic contributions

Candidates can be based anywhere in Canada, provided they maintain a minimum 6-hour overlap with the Eastern Time Zone and are available to work a 40-hour work week.
