Data Processing Specialist - Entry

As a Data Processing Specialist, you will perform a pivotal role in successfully working with our clients and internal stakeholders to process data utilized in the calculation of WOTC tax credits and ACA compliance. What you’ll do Work within Microsoft Excel and proprietary software. Verify accuracy of, compile, and import key client data into Efficient Forms’ proprietary software platform for purposes of calculating WOTC credit and ACA compliance. Review data for deficiencies or errors, take corrective actions, and reconcile outputs for accuracy. Research and obtain further information for incomplete and/or inaccurate files. Handling numerical data accurately and creating spreadsheets. Become an expert in Efficient Forms’ WOTC processing and ACA compliance, service offering and technology platform. Respond to queries for information and access relevant files. Comply with data integrity and security policies. Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years experience in an office environment
