This individual must possess the executive presence to consult directly with senior leaders, translating high-level business needs into sophisticated Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions (Cognos experience is a plus). The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-directed expert with a good grasp of SQL, relational databases, and data warehouse architecture, coupled with a strong background in FP&A data, including budgets, forecasts, payroll, and General Ledger modules. While this is a hands-on technical role rather than a program management position, the Consultant must effectively partner with IT and Engineering teams to drive data integrity. Healthcare or insurance industry experience is highly preferred for this role, which requires a collaborative team player who can independently navigate complex financial data to deliver the "story" behind the numbers to executive stakeholders.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>This individual contributor is primarily responsible for driving strategic data-informed decisions, gathering data and information on targeted variables in an established systematic fashion, preparing data for analytic efforts, and interpreting data analyses.
