<p>We are looking for a Designer with strong campaign experience and solid social media design skills to support integrated and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives. This role will design across campaign, social, and digital touchpoints, translating strategy into clear, compelling creative! You stay on top of emerging trends, keeping the pulse of advertising industry shifts.</li><li>A steward of the Guardian brand, responsible for establishing and maintaining consistency with regard to visual style across all channels and brand experiences</li><li>Gatekeeper for quality control of creative with respect to assigned projects</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>You Will:</h2><ul><li>Collaborator on concept development and owner of design for campaign assets that support integrated and ABM initiatives across multiple channels.</li><li>Craft social media creative for paid channels, including static, carousel, and lightweight motion concepts.</li><li>Support campaigns with assets across all channels including social, display, landing page, email graphics, and toolkits.</li><li>Translate campaign strategy and messaging into cohesive visual systems.</li><li>Apply platform-specific guidelines for social formats and sizing.</li><li>Design and collaborate in Figma with other designers, writers, and partners.</li><li>Ensure work aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.</li><li>Lead multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Incorporate feedback and iterate efficiently.</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>You Have:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree and portfolio or portfolio link required</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in a creative position, preferably including prior employment with an advertising agency, corporate marketing organization, or digital agency</li><li>Ability to present work and articulate rationale for design decisions</li><li>Master of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign</li><li>Experience in Adobe After Effects</li><li>Proficiency with Figma</li><li>Experience applying Ai within the creative plus</li></ul><h2></h2><h2></h2><p></p><p><b>Salary Range:</b></p><p></p>$82,770.00 - $135,975.00<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position.
