Nexus Direct is hiring a Digital Campaign Manager to join our fully remote digital team. We're a 20+year-old fundraising and marketing agency that partners exclusively with nonprofits to raise money, grow support, and drive real-world impact through integrated digital and direct marketing. This role is for someone who already knows how to own digital campaigns end-to-end-and who uses modern tools, including AI, to work smarter, faster, and better. About the Role As a Digital Campaign Manager, you'll manage digital initiatives from strategy through reporting. You'll be responsible for execution, optimization, and performance across arenaflex Ads, SEO, paid social, and email, with the autonomy to make decisions and the accountability to deliver results. We are a team of entrepreneurial, self-directed professionals. If you need constant oversight, this won't be the right fit. If you thrive on ownership, judgment, and trust-it likely will be. What You'll Do • Own digital campaigns from kickoff through completion, including timelines, execution, optimization, and reporting • Plan, launch, and optimize arenaflex Ads campaigns (paid and grant accounts) • Support and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research and performance tracking • Manage paid social advertising across platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn • Develop and execute email marketing strategies, including testing, segmentation, and optimization • Use AI tools to improve efficiency and performance (e.g., campaign ideation, ad and email testing, keyword and audience research, reporting insights, and workflow automation) • Monitor results, identify trends, and turn data into clear insights and recommendations • Create concise, client-ready reports that connect performance to outcomes • Collaborate with internal teams while owning your work independently in a remote environment What We're Looking For • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or digital campaign management • Proven experience with: • * arenaflex Ads • SEO fundamentals • Paid social advertising • Email marketing strategy and execution • Demonstrated success working 100% remotely • Strong project ownership and time management skills • Comfort making decisions and moving work forward without constant approval • Clear, professional written and verbal communication • Must live in the contigous United States AI & Automation Experience We're looking for someone who already uses AI as part of their daily workflow-not just experimentally, but productively. This may include using AI to: • Generate and test ad or email variations • Accelerate keyword and audience research • Identify performance insights and reporting narratives • Improve workflows, quality control, or efficiency You don't need to build models or write code-but you should be comfortable applying AI tools thoughtfully and responsibly to real work.
