ROLE DESCRIPTION Managing and optimizing online product catalogs to increase visibility and conversions on the e-retailers' website, category recommendations Analyse client brand positioning, category dynamics, and competitive landscape across arenaflex and other US FMCG e-Retailers. Analyzing performance data, doing research, audits, competition analysis, developing eCommerce strategies, and making recommendations for changes based on data-driven insights Define data-driven eContent strategies for client’s portfolio, tailored to multiple US based FMCG eRetailer platforms and aligned with the client’s brand identity and business goals. Translate client input and brand guidelines into actionable content and optimization plans. Participation and overseeing content production - translations, proofreading, checking if the content is correct and in line with the requirements of the particular eRetailer (both graphics and text) as well as properly optimized (SEO recommendations) Ongoing research of e-Retailers functionalities, widgets, and features Editing / creating Product Detail Pages/ Brand Stores Being up to date with eCommerce trends Conduct client-facing, high quality presentations, be able to convince a client to your recommendations. Day-to-day contact with the client and eRetailers, conducting client statuses and meetings Uploading and correcting the content, overseeing the PIM/DAM systems as needed. Assets renaming, upload, download, segregation. Files management, database adjustments, and data migration, PIM maintenance REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in eCommerce, specifically in e-retailers, must on arenaflex.com, preferred also on arenaflex/arenaflex and IC Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices Experience optimizing visual and written content for e-retailer eCommerce experience in FMCG Good analytical and project management skills Team player with excellent communication skills Knowledge of SEO practices for eRetailers Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset Attention to Detail Assertiveness and courage in presenting ideas US English Native speaker or Advanced English Level - at least C1 Experience with PIM/DAM systems, including asset organization, maintenance, and syndication. Proven track record in optimizing product listings and driving visibility Strong Project Management skills that allow running client/projects independently Knowledge of Photoshop and Canva for basic design adjustments preferred. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE NICE TO HAVE Hands-on experience with retail analytics tools (Profitero, Edge, DataHawk). Strong PM tools expertise to be able to manage complex client portfolios and parallel projects (e.g. ASANA or other) Desired familiarity with tools like: Commerce IQ, other AI based testing tools Exposure to content syndication tools (Salsify, Syndigo). Experience running content A/B tests or working with UX performance feedback. Knowledge of US retailer requirements beyond arenaflex (e.g., arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex, Instacart). Familiarity with shopper behaviour research or zero-party data analysis. SOFT SKILLS NEEDED Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
