In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and drive our national account strategy, sales, and business development efforts across Canada. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. If you have a strong background in the insurance industry and a track record of success in national account management, we want to hear from you! Develop and implement national account strategies to drive business growth and increase market share in Canada. Lead and manage a team of national account managers to achieve sales targets and drive customer retention. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers in the Canadian market, including brokers, consultants, and key clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services tailored to the Canadian market. Monitor market trends and competition, and use insights to inform strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of AIG's products and services, and effectively communicate the value proposition to clients and partners. Negotiate and close complex deals with national account clients, ensuring profitable and sustainable business relationships. Oversee the development and management of budgets, forecasts, and reports related to national accounts in Canada. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Represent AIG at industry events and conferences, and act as a brand ambassador for the company. Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional and personal goals.
