Reporting to the Vice President of Partnerships & Administration, the Director of Project Management serves as the principal project management leader across Sharecare's four divisions: CareLinx (Home Care), Health Data Solutions (Medical Record Support), Population Health, and Life Sciences, as well as Corporate initiatives. This strategic role is responsible for project intake across all divisions, establishing executive reporting frameworks, and ensuring successful project delivery through hands-on project management. The Director will maintain a focus on quality, arenaflex, and profitability while ensuring projects are completed on-time and to stakeholder satisfaction. Essential Functions: • Establish and manage a centralized project intake process across CareLinx, Health Data Solutions, Population Health, Life Sciences, and Corporate divisions • Design and implement executive reporting processes that provide visibility into project portfolios, resource allocation, risks, and outcomes across all divisions • Lead and manage cross-divisional projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic objectives • Develop and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices across the enterprise • Interface and communicate with division leaders, stakeholders, and executive leadership including the VP of Partnerships & Administration and C-suite executives • Coordinate cross-functional work teams and manage interdependencies between projects across multiple divisions • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including charters, plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers • Monitor and report on project progress, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues that may impact scope, schedule, quality, or budget • Facilitate project prioritization and resource allocation decisions across competing divisional needs • Measure and track key project success metrics and KPIs, delivering regular status updates to executive leadership • Lead change management activities to ensure successful adoption of project deliverables • Develop after-action reports and capture lessons learned to drive continuous improvement • Mentor and provide guidance to project managers and project team members across divisions • Manage project budgets and ensure optimal use of resources to achieve business objectives • Maintains high stakeholder satisfaction ratings that meet Sharecare standards Qualifications: Required: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field • Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in project management roles • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional, enterprise-level projects • Strong understanding of project management principles and lifecycle • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills Preferred: • MBA or Master's degree • Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or other recognized project management certification • Experience in healthcare, technology, or related industries • Experience managing projects across multiple business units or divisions • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies • Previous experience with healthcare operations, home care, population health, or life sciences Skills and Competencies: • Advanced knowledge of project management tools and software (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or similar) • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Visio, and executive reporting tools • Demonstrated effective leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills • Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills with commitment to the highest level of customer satisfaction • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Ability to influence and manage up to executive leadership • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively with people of all backgrounds and at all levels of the organization • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to handle confidential materials and information professionally • Strong business acumen with understanding of financial metrics including revenue and EBITDA impact Physical Requirements: • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time • Physical ability to lift and carry 25 lbs. of materials • Manual dexterity and strength sufficient enough to enter information via computer keyboard for long periods of time, to write notes and information needed, and to pick up and hold paperwork, supplies and other items. • Eyesight sufficient to effectively read documents and to accurately view information on a computer monitor • Speaking and hearing ability sufficient to effectively communicate. • Eye/hand coordination, hearing and visual acuity necessary for day to day tasks Information Governance Accountabilities: • A high-level understanding of the organization’s information governance program and role-specific accountabilities • A thorough understanding of role requirements, including policies, procedures and processes, to include how individual work impacts the organization and its strategic and financial goals;
