This role ensures continuous improvement, efficiency, compliance, and high-quality execution of research activities. Key Responsibilities: • Strategy and Innovation: Leads initiatives to address complex business challenges, support strategic planning, and drive innovation and process improvement. Develops and implements new tools and technologies (e.g., AI, API‑based data sourcing) to improve efficiency, profitability, and research quality, while identifying opportunities to streamline operations and strengthen research infrastructure. • Research Tools Oversight: Oversees maintenance and optimization of research tools, including statistical software, literature repositories, AI tools for research, and various project and activities tracking systems. • Driving Financial Performance: In collaboration with AVP of Humana Healthcare Research and Enterprise Finance team, co-manages HHR's P&L responsibilities including strategic budget development, revenue and expense forecasting, procurement governance, and ensuring consistent, compliant, and timely invoicing practices. • Compliance: Ensures that policies and procedures align with HHR's vision.
