The team is responsible for managing the design, delivery, and deployment of global supply chain solutions. Key functional supported by Digital Supply Planning & Launch include:<br><br><ul><li>Supply/Production planning</li><li>Detailed scheduling</li><li>Inventory management and intelligence</li><li>Logistics Planning</li><li>Product Strategic Planning & Change Management</li><li>New product launch</li><li>End-2-End Supply Chain Visibility & Intelligence<br><br></li></ul>As the <strong>Supply & Launch Insights Lead</strong> you will drive the design, development, and technical deployment of advanced AI solutions across the enterprise. This role combines deep technical expertise in AI/ML with leadership skills to guide a team of engineers and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. The Supply & Launch Insights Lead ensures scalable, secure, and high-performing AI systems that align with business objectives and accelerate digital transformation.<br><br><strong>Role Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Strategic Leadership: Define and implement AI strategies aligned with organizational goals. Set technical direction and oversee architecture for AI/ML systems and platforms. </li><li>Solution Development: Lead the design and deployment of AI models, algorithms, and pipelines for production environments. Ensure scalability, robustness, and compliance with security and governance standards. </li><li>Team Management: Mentor and manage AI engineers, data scientists, and MLOps specialists. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. </li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product owners, data teams, and business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities. Translate complex AI concepts into actionable insights for non-technical audiences. </li><li>Innovation & Best Practices: Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, multimodal AI, RAG, Agentic AI). Implement best practices in model lifecycle management, bias detection, and performance testing. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Basic Qualifications<br><br></strong>Education:<br><br><ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field. <br><br></li></ul>Prior Experience:<br><br><ul><li>Experience: 7+ years in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. </li><li>Proven track record in deploying production-grade AI models and managing technical teams. <br><br></li></ul>Required Capabilities:<br><br><ul><li>Expertise in technologies such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Docker). </li><li>Strong technical knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google) and scalable architectures. </li><li>Strong technical knowledge with with Generative AI, Agentic AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and advanced ML techniques. </li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills, and stakeholder management.
