Job Responsibilities:As a Document Review Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of documents for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Thoroughly reviewing processed documents and cross-verifying all details to ensure compliance with client requirements.
  • Identifying any discrepancies between the actual content of documents and the required content, and taking appropriate corrective measures.
  • Taking ownership of the final closure of orders, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Collaborating with closers and attorneys to address any missing documentation and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Updating the workflow system with any additional documentation as needed.
  • Applying your expertise in HOA, Resale certificates, or Property manager-related knowledge of the US Market to enhance document quality.
  • Conducting quality control checks on completed documents and following up on any outstanding issues.
  • Ensuring documentation aligns with specific investor requirements.
  • Requirements:To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Basic knowledge of finance, which will be considered an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work in the US shift as part of our startup culture.
  • Access to a functioning laptop and a broadband connection with a minimum speed of 100mbps.
  • Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
  • Highly Preferred:While not mandatory, the following qualities are highly valued:
