Your Position: Pet Bather

As a Professional Pet Bather, your day-to-day will include:


- Offering friendly, positive interactions with pets and their parents
- Delivering a range of bath, brush, nail trim, teeth brushing, and sanitary services while upholding our standards
- Completing the PetSmart Splash training and safety certification
- Greeting pet parents, answering questions, and supporting salon bookings
- Overseeing smooth appointment check-in and check-out experiences
- Suggesting health and wellness solutions and products
- Keeping the salon and store safe and clean for everyone
- Responding quickly to sick or injured pets, including arranging vet care if needed
- Recommending and helping sell store merchandise and services
- Participating in PetSmart’s culture of belonging and recognition
- Following company policies and procedures
- Helping other store departments when needed

What You Bring to the Team

- Comfortable using computers and basic technology
- Calm and focused attitude, even during high-traffic times
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for safety
- Great communication, both written and spoken

Physical Requirements


- Capable of standing, walking, and using your hands for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs (sometimes more as part of a team)
