Your Role We Are Looking For Teachers Who: Work Arrangements Full-Time Teacher Part-Time / Freelance Teacher Why Teach at LCentral? You will deliver engaging, structured literacy lessons using LCentral’s curriculum and materials. Your responsibilities include: Conducting lively, interactive classes that build strong reading, writing, and language skills Managing classroom behaviour with confidence and warmth Monitoring and tracking student progress carefully Providing clear and constructive feedback to parents Supporting assessments, holiday programmes, and centre initiatives when required Our curriculum and lesson plans are fully provided. You focus on delivering engaging lessons and guiding students confidently. Have a genuine love for working with children Bring positive energy and strong classroom presence Are responsible and consistent in their work Communicate clearly and professionally Are open to feedback and continuous learning Minimum qualification: Degree (Preferably in Language, Linguistics, Education, or related fields.) Experienced tutors with a Diploma in any field are welcome to apply. Prior teaching experience (tuition, enrichment, or classroom settings) is an advantage. Minimum 35 hours per week Wednesday – Friday: 2:30 PM – 9:30 PM (includes preparation/admin time) Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Weekend work is compulsory) Class load: Approximately 3 classes per weekday and 5 classes per weekend day (Maximum 10 students per class) Flexible scheduling based on centre needs and your availability.
