About the Role

Get paid to participate in natural English conversations from home. We’re looking for fluent English speakers to take part in short, recorded conversations that support audio AI research and development.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will participate in 15-minute recorded conversations with another person. Each conversation is unscripted and based on a topic you choose together.

For example, some topics you will talk about may look like:

  • A personal experience that shaped your perspective
  • A hobby or interest you've spent time exploring
  • A challenge you've faced at work or in daily life
  • Something you've changed your mind about over time

The focus is on having a clear, natural conversation: listening, responding, and building on each other's thoughts.

This is a fully remote, freelance position that offers complete flexibility in when and how much you work. We are currently looking for individuals based in the United States and Canada.

  • Fluent English speakers with strong conversational skills
  • Comfortable speaking with new people in a natural, unscripted setting
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow recording guidelines
  • Curious, attentive, and comfortable responding authentically

Compensation & Flexibility

  • $17.50 per recorded hour
  • Additional performance-based incentives may be available
  • Work when you want. No minimum hours or fixed schedule.

Technical Requirements

  • Laptop or desktop computer (tablets and phones not supported)
  • External or USB microphone preferred for clear, natural audio
  • Stable internet connection capable of supporting smooth calls
