The role offers uncapped earnings tied to clear, fast-ROI outcomes for customers and direct visibility with leadership.

What You'll Do

  • You’ll drive new business through targeting enterprise accounts.

  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their unique communication needs, and effectively presenting and selling Zello's solutions to address those needs.

  • You’ll work closely with Zello’s customer and solutions teams to discover clients’ needs, outline how Zello could function in their environment, and run proof-of-concept trials to prove out Zello’s capabilities.

  • You will consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Who You Are

  • You have 5 + years of technology solution-based selling to enterprise accounts

  • You view each conversation as an opportunity to explain and demonstrate Zello’s value

  • You’re self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

  • You exhibit exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, which allow you to establish credibility and rapport with C-level executives and other decision-makers

  • You are comfortable presenting complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences

  • You demonstrate strong communication skills and act with competitive urgency when following up with prospects

  • You have worked cross functionally with sales engineering, product, and development to meet customer needs

  • You have experience selling software or hardware products that support the frontline worker

  • You have a strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, procurement processes, and complex deal structures

  • You are willing to travel as needed to represent Zello at client sites and events.

  • You have a 4-year college degree

  • In addition to English and German; you speak at least one other language of the territory you want to own

We hire for potential, passion for our mission, and a knack for solving difficult problems over checking every qualification box. We have competitive pay, equity with significant upside, and intentionally design our benefits to encourage healthy and well-balanced employees, flexible schedules and time off. We even offer a sabbatical after every five years of service so you’re able to pursue and enjoy what matters most to you. And of course, we wouldn’t be a technology company without a ping-pong table and free snacks in our break room. Join us!
