CognifyMe is a human-first performance platform helping organisations build neuroinclusive, high-performing workplaces. We combine behavioural science, executive function tools and ethical AI to reduce burnout and improve focus at scale.

We are hiring an experienced B2B Enterprise Sales Partner to help us win and close structured paid enterprise pilots (£25k–£45k).

This is not transactional selling. This is consultative enterprise SaaS.

About CognifyMe

CognifyMe is an early-stage, founder-led SaaS platform building its first wave of enterprise pilots. Our buyers are senior HR, People, Talent and L&D leaders within mid-to-large organisations. We sell structured paid co-creation pilots that lead to longer-term enterprise partnerships.

The Role

This is a remote, flexible contract role focused on new enterprise business. Expected commitment during Phase 1: approximately 2–3 days per week.

You will manage the full enterprise sales cycle:

  • Prospecting and outbound engagement
  • Consultative discovery conversations
  • Progressing HR / People decision-makers
  • Presenting tailored pilot proposals
  • Closing paid enterprise pilots
  • Supporting early client relationships

You will work closely with the Founder to refine sales strategy, messaging and positioning.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

Build a qualified pipeline of £150k+ potential revenue

Initiate 20+ enterprise conversations

Progress 5–8 qualified decision-makers

Present at least 1–2 structured pilot proposals

Typical enterprise sales cycle: 6–12 weeks from first conversation to signed pilot.

Compensation Structure

Phase 1 – Commission-Only (First 6 Months)

15% commission on each closed enterprise deal

Typical deal size: £25k–£45k

£3k–£7k commission per deal

Uncapped earning potential

Flexible 2–3 day per week commitment

Transition to Phase 2

The role transitions to base salary + commission once either:

A minimum of four enterprise deals are closed, or

£140k+ revenue is generated within six months

Transition occurs once commercial thresholds are met and both parties agree that the revenue base supports long-term employment.

Phase 2 – Salary + Commission

Base salary (£35k–£45k pro-rata depending on commitment)

10% ongoing commission

PAYE structure

Equity is not included in the standard package at this stage.

The Person

You are:

  • Experienced in B2B SaaS sales (essential)
  • Comfortable with £25k–£45k consultative sales cycles
  • Confident engaging enterprise decision-makers
  • Strong in outbound prospecting and self-generated pipeline
  • Resilient and commercially driven
  • Comfortable operating in an early-stage environment
  • Experience selling into HR / People / L&D teams is highly desirable.
