Inner Parish Security Corporation is looking to hire part-time recruiters to help bring our company to the next level! This job would be performed primarily in-office, but could also require you to work remotely 1-2 days per week. The office are located in Kenner, but you need to able to asssit in other Branch offices occasionally.

You would be joining a multi-generational, family-owned business that has been providing security guard and electronic security services to the region for over 45 years. We employ approximately 1,500 people from Texas to Florida. Our culture shapes how we run the business, and we are looking for a Recruiter with integrity who values flexibility, service, and respect.

We are looking for someone who has a "Can Do" attitude and enjoys his/her work.

This is an hourly position, paid weekly. The candidate must be flexible with scheduling, including week days and weekends. We are a disaster response security business, some business travel may be required.

Roles and Responsibilities - Assist the Recruiting Team in the daily administration of recruiting as directed or assigned, including contacting candidates and scheduling interviews, hiring, onboarding, employee service, administration, solve well-defined staffing problems using standard tools and your foundational understanding of staffing processes, communicate with hiring managers to understand their current and upcoming hiring needs, coordinate with managers throughout the hiring process to ensure that needs are met, escalate issues to the appropriate resource and general administration responsibilities.

The Admin will participate in daily duties such as: - calling and contacting candidates - conduct phone-screens - setting up interviews - holding interviews - hiring - onboarding - administration such as but not limited to document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback - communicate with hiring managers to understand their current and upcoming hiring needs

On a daily basis we provide great and friendly customer service to employees and supervisors on the phone answering their questions and concerns.
