Equine Equipment Account Manager

Job Description:

  • Identify, qualify and close business leads and sales opportunities in assigned territory.
  • Prospect, forecast, and drive new business opportunities in assigned territory.
  • Understand and maintain a high level of knowledge about the target market, as well as the products and services offered by Antech-Sound
  • Demonstrate products with and without live animals and effectively communicate corporate and product positioning to prospective customers.
  • Work closely with new and existing Industry partners.
  • Document data for all activities in Salesforce
  • Work closely with Sales team regarding lead generation activities.
  • Represent Antech-Sound in a professional manner in the assigned territory, and at regional and national tradeshows.
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with clients and team members.
  • Aptitude in computer programs to manage daily business activities and communication through CRM and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Effectively deliver timely completion of all required reports; Pipeline / Forecast / Expense.
  • Developing and aligning plans to support business strategies; translating objectives into action plan

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years diagnostic imaging sales experience
  • Preferred equine veterinary sales experience
  • Working knowledge of Veterinary and/or clinical diagnostic environment.
  • Experience building a pipeline; qualifying and identifying deals to close.
  • Strong organizational skills and high commitment to timely follow-up and issue resolution.
  • Ability to work in a flexible environment with demanding schedules & extensive travel.
  • Proficient with MS Office programs and CRM.
  • Strong written, organization and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation/sales skill.
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
