About the role: LRN is seeking an Ethics and Compliance Advisor to join our growing global Advisory Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development, delivery, and management of Advisory Services products and services. You will serve as the primary point of contact, leading individual client projects, overseeing scoping, project management, and ensuring successful completion. What You’ll Do: Reporting to the Chief Advisory Officer, the Ethics & Compliance Advisor, EMEA will work closely with Sales and Advisory colleagues to scope, implement, and deliver advisory services for LRN’s clients. This includes: • Developing or revising written standards such as Codes of Conduct and ethics and compliance policies • Assessing and evaluating client ethics and compliance (E&C) programs • Advising clients on program design, development, and enhancement • Supporting Advisory sales opportunities, including pre-sales discovery, project proposals, scoping, and solution design • Assisting in the development of benchmarking data, compliance databases, and internal research resources • Producing and delivering thought leadership in the ethics and compliance space, including research publications, presentations, and participation at conferences • Lead the scoping, management, and execution of Advisory Services client projects, such as: • Code of Conduct reinvention • Smart Code (Code of Conduct microsite) implementation • Compliance policy simplification • Ethics & Compliance culture assessments • Compliance program evaluation and benchmarking • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support sales efforts, participate in client discussions, and help develop proposals and presentations. • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, including research, benchmarking, data analysis, and industry presentations. • Represent LRN at industry conferences, client meetings, and professional events. What we’re looking for: • 7–10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in Ethics, Compliance, and/or Legal roles preferred • Bachelor's degree required; law degree, certification, or licensure (e.g., CCEP-I) a strong plus • Solid understanding of global ethics and compliance standards and expectations • Experience conducting legal research, with the ability to synthesize complex information accurately and clearly • Familiarity with AI tools and large language models (LLMs) • Excellent drafting and communication skills, including experience creating reports and presentations for senior leaders • Confident public speaker, with experience presenting on legal or compliance topics at seminars, conferences, or events • Strong collaborative and partnership mindset — proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented • Proven project and program management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively • Ability to manage high-profile client relationships, balancing flexibility and professionalism with clear boundaries • Comfortable driving process improvement and efficiency through metrics, analysis, and collaboration with internal/external teams • Competitive compensation package • Flexible working hours • Paid Time Off (PTO) plus UK public holidays • Comprehensive healthcare plan • Robust pension plan • Life insurance coverage • Travel and personal accident insurance LRN is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
