A rare opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a high-profile public figure operating at the highest level across the UK and United States. This is a fully remote role requiring absolute discretion, impeccable organisation, and the confidence to operate autonomously in a fast-moving, high-trust environment.

This role is not administrative support in the traditional sense. You will act as a true right hand, managing complexity, protecting time, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

The Opportunity

Working closely with a globally recognised individual, you will manage diaries, priorities, and communications across multiple time zones. You will be trusted with sensitive information, confidential relationships, and high-stakes coordination.

This role suits someone calm under pressure, highly organised, and comfortable operating independently with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end diary and inbox management across UK and US time zones

  • Acting as gatekeeper and point of contact for key stakeholders

  • Coordinating complex travel, schedules, and logistics

  • Handling confidential communications with discretion and professionalism

  • Preparing briefings, notes, and background materials

  • Managing priorities, deadlines, and changing demands

  • Supporting ad hoc projects and personal administrative matters as required

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior or high-profile individuals
