Job Description
The News Group Operations & Technology Division of NBCUniversal is looking for a high-energy, results-driven and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the three SVPs.
The ideal candidate for this position has exemplary planning and time management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate in a resourceful and self-directed manner,
Core Responsibilities:

  • Executive Logistics and Anticipatory Execution
  • Own calendar management, including prioritization and real-time conflict resolution
  • Manage all travel, expenses, offices, meeting rooms, and materials
  • Anticipate needs without prompting and act ahead of time
  • Ensure meetings are fully prepared for, not just scheduled
  • Eliminate logistical friction so the executive can stay focused on high-value work

Executive Synthesis and Communication Support
  • Help produce first drafts of presentations, decks, and executive materials as needed
  • Track action items and ensure follow-through to closure

Attention, Information, and Escalation Management
  • Filter and route inbound requests using sound judgment
  • Reduce unnecessary meetings and noise
  • Proactively connect teams when issues or escalations emerge

Required Capabilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Strong written communication and narrative skills
  • Sound judgment under ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Comfort operating with senior leaders and sensitive information
  • Ability to manage both logistics and synthesis at a high standard
  • Practical fluency with AI tools for drafting, summarization, organization, and analysis

Qualifications
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 4+ years of relevant experience maintaining a senior executive's phone, calendar, work and travel schedules
  • Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office 365 suite of tools.
  • Demonstrated experience taking detailed notes and extracting action items; ability to understand priorities and adjust schedules accordingly
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills including a professional in-person and virtual presence

  • Experience operating in roles with a high level of access to confidential employee and business information and ability maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Inherent ability to always operate with the utmost integrity and honesty.
  • Extremely flexible and able to shift priorities as needed and manage several work streams at a time.
  • Comfortable navigating a complex environment to obtain information and solve challenges.
  • Experience utilizing tools and systems for travel, expense reporting and approvals, office booking and scheduling.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; exemplary interpersonal skills including a professional in-person and virtual presence.
  • Excellent attention to detail and comfort partnering with others to track and meet deadlines.

Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
