Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports for senior leadership team, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Coordinate and facilitate team meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and resources are available. Collaborate with other Executive Business Partners to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization. Manage and track expenses for senior leadership team, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders, representing the company in a professional and positive manner. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and streamline operations for the senior leadership team. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, providing insights and recommendations to improve business operations. Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.
