**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, or fax. Your primary goal will be to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, maximize sales productivity, and contribute to the overall optimization of our customer service operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing world-class customer service in all interactions, responding to inbound calls from customers nationally in fluent Spanish and English
  • Accurately inputting information into various fields, maintaining our CRM database with customer and prospect information
  • Maintaining an order batch, responsible for the life of an order from processing to follow-up, if required
  • Following up as necessary on orders to ensure timely processing
  • Verifying items and customer information entered accurately
  • Following up on pending payments and processing payments
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

**Minimum Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • English/Spanish fluency**: You must be able to communicate effectively in both languages, both written and verbal.
  • Previous customer service experience**: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Computer literacy**: Above-average data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • High school diploma or equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
  • Communication and organizational skills**: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Customer service, email, and telephone etiquette**: Excellent customer service skills, with a strong understanding of email and telephone etiquette.
