**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service experiences to clients via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. You will work from home, using a computer and other technology tools to interact with customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty while promoting arenaflex's products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
  • Help customers resolve basic technical issues and provide solutions
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  • Offer additional products and/or services to customers
  • Deliver expert customer experiences, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer experiences
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets

**Requirements**

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Quiet, distraction-free home workspace with a reliable computer, internet connection, and phone
  • Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
