**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering calls in a timely, courteous, and accurate manner, while assessing customer needs and offering solutions and additional products
  • Optimally listening to customers, quickly identifying and owning issues, and actively searching for solutions to problems
  • Making quality decisions, paying attention to detail, and interacting with a globally diverse group of customers and colleagues
  • Consistently selling travel-related services, including car rental and credit card vendor partner products
  • Understanding and adhering to all arenaflex and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance requirements
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services

**What You Need to Succeed**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency
