Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative on our after-hours team, you'll be responsible for: * Receiving and Documenting Customer Concerns: You'll be the first point of contact for members who need assistance with our service offerings. You'll receive and document customer concerns in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all relevant information is captured. * Ensuring Company Procedures are Followed: You'll adhere to structured protocols and scripts to document conversations, maintain consistency in scheduling, modifying, and canceling customer reservations, and ensure that all company procedures are followed. * Accurate Trip Data Input: You'll accurately input trip data into our systems, ensuring that all relevant information is up-to-date and accurate. * Personal Commitment to Quality: You'll demonstrate a personal commitment to producing high-quality work, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and care. * Resolving Customer Grievances: You'll refer unresolved customer grievances to the designated department for further investigation and resolution. * Multitasking and Efficiency: You'll multitask effectively and efficiently to extract necessary information from multiple systems, review and educate members on our services and their insurance coverage, and provide exceptional customer service. * Training and Development: You'll attend training sessions on camera for the first 30 days of employment, ensuring that you're equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role.
