**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative on our Agent Team, you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and nurturing customer relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized communication
  • Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Conducting customer-focused, needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options and provide tailored solutions
