**Experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher – Remote Opportunity with arenaflex**

**Job Role**

As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between our customers and our technicians. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department
  • Maintaining our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and provide updates
  • Routing technicians based on location to ensure efficient and timely service delivery
  • Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

**Schedule and Work Environment**

Our Customer Service Representatives/Dispatchers enjoy a flexible schedule, with the following arrangements:

  • Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break
  • Monday-Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break (not on Wednesday)

To ensure a productive and comfortable work environment, we provide a laptop and cell phone. However, you'll need to provide:

  • High-speed internet access
  • A quiet workspace with minimal background noise

**Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous call center experience, with at least one year of experience in a similar position
  • The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes and work independently
  • Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
  • Accurate documentation skills, with the ability to enter information into our customer database (Service Titan)
