Key Responsibilities: Receive and document customer concerns, ensuring all relevant information is accurate and timely, and follow company procedures to resolve issues efficiently. Input accurate trip data into systems, multitasking effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems, and review and educate members on services and their insurance coverage. Refer unresolved customer grievances to the designated department for further investigation, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and professionally. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, and provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including handling a high volume of calls (up to 100+ calls per day), and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that demonstrate your ability to provide exceptional customer service and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
