**What You'll Do**

As a Partner & Provider Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to medical providers, clients, and partners. Your primary focus will be on communicating with medical providers via telephone and email to obtain needed information and resolve bill-specific issues. You'll also be expected to:

  • Provide world-class customer service by responding to and answering questions quickly and professionally
  • Demonstrate an intimate knowledge of clients' needs, empathy for customers' situations, and knowledge of appropriate language
  • Serve as a role model to internal, client, partner, and vendor representatives by following guidelines to ensure stellar service is provided with each call
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and partners to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory changes, and arenaflex's products and services to provide informed support

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualities and experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
  • Previous experience with group health is highly preferred
  • Optimistic, energetic, and possessing a positive attitude are essential for success in this role
  • You're patient and genuinely enjoy working with people, seeing every customer interaction as a chance to "wow" someone or brighten their day
  • You have a natural inclination to dig into a situation, leaving no stone unturned in order to solve a problem
  • You're able to keep calm in pressing situations while practicing empathy and utilizing your superior listening skills
  • Strongly detail-oriented, with a keen eye for information that others may miss
  • Proficient in using a computer to research and communicate information effectively
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9:30AM-6:00PM (Hours may change slightly based on business needs)

**Physical Requirements**

To perform the duties of this role, you'll need to be able to:

  • Use a computer and its associated accessories in an upright position
  • Work in an office setting 5 days a week during the 90-day training period
