**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to current and prospective customers, primarily focusing on our life insurance products. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized support, and help them navigate the insurance process. **Key Responsibilities**

  • Handle phone and email inquiries from current and prospective customers, providing personalized support and guidance on our life insurance products
  • Prepare well-written responses to customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Process insurance quotes, coordinate underwriting, and assemble insurance certificates digitally
  • Perform additional activities to support our efforts to help customers become insured and remain insured
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

**Requirements**
