**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our sales and operations teams to validate order information, provide proactive updates on order status, and support sales representatives in resolving product usage pricing or discrepancies. **Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide customer service relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications
  • Validate the ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners
  • Enter PO (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms) information accurately, ensuring data entry quality and pushing back on incorrect or subpar data
  • Check and validate the accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases
  • Develop creative solutions to customer issues, providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
  • Provide proactive updates on order status to accelerate the billing process
  • Support the Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, email, and fax, researching responses with sales
  • Build relationships with hospital billing specialists and support surgery product usage questions to accelerate the billing process, following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies
  • Support Sales Representatives in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies

**Essential Qualifications**

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two (2) years' relevant work experience

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Experience as an account representative, data entry, order management, or Oracle
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
