**Key Responsibilities**

As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Issuing, reissuing, and refunding traveler tickets
  • Booking, ticketing, and confirming flight reservations
  • Rebooking travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations
  • Performing passenger check-in and front seat assignment
  • Issuing vouchers and directing contractors for passenger lodging, meals, and transportation
  • Working gate reader/scanner and related duties, including pre-boarding and monitoring/checking carry-on items
  • Operating jetways/bridges for boarding and deplaning passengers
  • Making boarding and departure gate announcements
  • Conveying domestic/international flight information
  • Performing passenger service flight close-out procedures
  • Accepting, checking, and labeling passengers' baggage at destination points
  • Maintaining schedule of flight boarding process
  • Processing and completing credit card baggage transactions
  • Assisting passengers with self-service kiosk check-in and kiosk baggage processing
  • Line queues at ticket counter stands and ticket counters
  • Clearing/confirming international documents at kiosk in the ticket counter area
  • Accepting and activating passengers' self-labeled bags at activation stations
  • Assisting clients requiring special assistance or in-station
  • Performing client service work related to handling regional flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Bilingual language skills (in certain locations)
  • A valid driver's license (as required by local authorities)
  • Ability to pass FAA criminal background checks and obtain unescorted access honors to airport security identification display areas (SIDA)
  • Ability to obtain airport authority and/or US Customs security badges (if applicable)
  • Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, and/or fingerprinting
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

  • Working knowledge of Saber or other Passenger Service Systems
  • Past face-to-face customer service experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
