You will be the ambassador of arenaflex, embodying our values of excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** The following are the fundamental elements of the job: * Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing solutions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Issue, reissue, and refund traveler tickets, as well as book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations. * Rebook travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations. * Perform traveler registration and front seat tasks, correct oversold seat tasks, and issue upgrades. * Issue vouchers and coordinate with project workers for traveler lodging facilities, meals, and transportation. * Perform traveler loading, including ticket lift and ticket lift/check. * Work entryway peruser/scanner and related obligations, including pre-boarding, observing/checking carryon items, and leave line models. * Work jetways/spans for the purpose of boarding and deplaning travelers. * Make boarding and takeoff entryway declarations. * Convey domestic/international flight records. * Perform traveler service flight close-out methods. * Accept, check, and label travelers' luggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and top-of-the-line ticket counters. * Maintain a schedule of flight loading process. * Perform customer service hands-on training. * Process and complete credit card luggage exchanges at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations. * Assist travelers with self-service kiosk registration and booth luggage handling at ticket counters. * Line up at ticket counter stands and ticket counters. * Clear/confirm international records at booth in the ticket counter area and activation stations. * Accept and activate travelers' self-labeled bags at activation stations. * Assist clients requiring special assistance or in-station; help boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-ambulatory travelers, special assistance travelers, or unaccompanied minors. * Perform customer service work related to handling regional flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements or agreements. * Have standard and predictable attendance on location, including fulfilling any obligatory overtime requirements. * Answer and assist during security and crisis situations. * Provide interfacing traveler door information. * Provide quality customer service in a professional manner and according to American's rules. * Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance guidelines. * Complete task-related stages of training. * Comply with applicable laws (e.g. DOT, FAA, TSA). * Utilize various internal resources/frameworks, including during customer interactions. * Wear attire as required by company policy. **Sensible accommodations may be made for qualifying individuals with disabilities.** **Depending on your airport size, you may also perform the following:** * Perform Traveler Activity Control capabilities, including air to ground communication and Peak capabilities. * Help international travelers through customs/migration, including luggage re-check. * Convey tickets, international flight reports, and customs/migration forms. **All You'll Need for Success** To excel in this role, you will require: * Least Capabilities: + Education: Bachelor's degree + Bilingual language abilities expected in certain areas + Relevant valid driver's license as required by local authorities + Should meet FAA criminal history verifications to qualify for unescorted access awards to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable. + Should be able to obtain proper airport power and US Customs security identifications, if material. + Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, or fingerprinting to meet company and security requirements + Should be approved to work in the U.S. * Favored Capabilities: + Training and earlier professional training + Working knowledge of Saber or other Traveler Service Framework + Past face-to-face Customer service experience **What You'll Get** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Medical benefits: On the very first day, you'll access your health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits to help you stay well.
