**What You'll Do**

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to provide friendly and professional phone support (with some video support – less than 15%) to help customers with their tax filing process. Your tasks will include:

  • Providing troubleshooting assistance for common concerns such as sign-in issues, e-file rejections, refund status questions, and more.
  • Sharing links to relevant arenaflex support articles to guide customers to quick solutions.
  • Keeping your PC optimized for smooth operations and taking ownership of scheduling mentoring sessions for performance improvement.
  • Maintaining a positive, professional tone – even during high-demand periods.

**We're Looking For Agents Who Are**

  • Reliable**: Show up when you commit, especially during peak season. Requires minimal to no supervision.
  • Proactive**: Take initiative, own your learning, and ask for help when needed.
  • Engaged**: Embrace new tools, give feedback, and adapt to evolving systems.

**Perks & Pay Structure**

  • Pay-per-Talk-Time**: $0.34–$0.40/minute (average $17–$19/hour).
  • Top Performer Bonus**: Extra extra during Surge hours!
  • Training Bonus**: Training is unpaid but you'll get $200 for completing training on time & working on Tax Day.
