**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for verifying, selecting, and onboarding selling partners into our paid service programs. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $28-$35 per hour, a fantastic work environment, and the chance to develop your skills in a dynamic and growing industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential selling partners for Key Record Services
  • Developing a deep understanding of our selling partners and their needs, as well as the features and functionalities of our services
  • Creating compelling incentives around our paid service programs
  • Prospecting and closing business to achieve monthly objectives for the quantity and quality of dealers enrolled
  • Meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets and operational metrics
  • Managing multiple opportunities simultaneously and making strategic decisions
  • Using customer data to inform proposals that maximize the potential of the assigned territory
  • Implementing and tracking metrics to maintain the success and quality of the vendors in your region
  • Utilizing CRM tools, such as Salesforce.com, to track all relevant account data and sales progress

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, including 4 years of sales experience in E-commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or software industries
  • At least 4 years of business-to-business selling experience
  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-pitching organizations
  • Proven ability to influence at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Ability to work with legal, product, and internal stakeholders to agree on solutions
  • Solid business judgment, demonstrated ability to influence others
