**Job Description**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will assist with booking, cancellations, and other travel-related inquiries, provide accurate information about flight schedules, fares, and policies, and handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
