**Job Summary**

As a Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for consulting with individuals and families who have signed up for our supplemental benefits programs. Your primary goal will be to understand their needs, explain the available options, and help them select the best plan to fit their family's requirements. You'll work closely with our clients to establish and maintain relationships, provide attentive customer service, and ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and schedule Zoom meetings to discuss their needs and preferences
  • Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, taking into account their changing circumstances and requirements
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout their journey with arenaflex
  • Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need to navigate the benefits landscape
  • Provide attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs, resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits in a timely and professional manner
