We are looking for skilled Butchers to work in Butcher Shops who have the ability to debone whole carcass of Beef, Pork and Lamb, cutting it into smaller parts and provides exceptional customers service!

Responsibilities:

  • Deboning whole carcass of Beef, Lamb, Pork Meat
  • Greeting and speaking to customers, providing advice, answering questions, and accepting orders or payments.
  • Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment and ensuring displays and signage are accurate and attractive.
  • Adhering to food safety and sanitation controls.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Butcher in an International Environment, having high-level skill sets in the Retail Butcher Profession, strong knowledge of deboning full carcasses of meat, understanding of different cuts and techniques - MINIMUM REQUIREMENT 6 YEARS!
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality products.
