Key Responsibilities Perform duties related to revenue operations, including medical insurance collections, credits, or setting patient insurance coverage, to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement for healthcare services. Communicate effectively with insurance payers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide information to ensure seamless processes and excellent patient care. Respond promptly and accurately to payer communications, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed in a professional and courteous manner. Collaborate with other revenue operations teams to identify areas for improvement, implement process changes, and ensure seamless workflows across teams. Partner with clinic teammates, such as insurance counselors, social workers, and facility administrators, to ensure timely and accurate insurance information and excellent patient care. Help identify opportunities for continuous improvement, analyzing processes and suggesting changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Essential Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required, demonstrating a strong foundation in basic skills and knowledge. Minimum of six (6) months of corporate office experience, preferably in a healthcare or revenue cycle setting, showcasing your ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous Revenue Cycle experience is preferred but not required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role. Data Entry experience, filling out online forms, and navigating through the internet and provider portals with ease and accuracy.
