Job Overview In this pivotal role, you will serve as a strategic leader, overseeing the development and execution of our customer and marketing data product portfolio. You will be responsible for managing a high-performing team of product, engineering, analytics, and user experience design professionals, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective workflow across teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and author business reviews of the team roadmap, managing priorities against capacity to deliver results and driving a positive, high-energy, results-oriented culture across the team. Own and lead the customer, loyalty, and marketing data ecosystem, providing actionable analytics to support top-line sales and productivity improvements. Develop a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging two-way door initiatives that address customer needs and drive business growth. Partner with cross-functional business partners to bring products to market, enhance existing products and processes, and drive customer engagement and retention. Define processes and measurements for the team to effectively track development work, triage bugs, and ensure the successful launch of products within the product portfolio. Identify issues and blockers that may delay the launch or impede the success of products, communicating to leadership, assessing alternatives to resolve, and taking action to resolve. Ensure customer and business goals remain aligned with identified customer needs, setting the strategy for customer engagement and leading its execution. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need: 12 years of experience in software engineering, data science, and/or product management, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes and leading high-performing teams. 7 years of direct team leadership experience across software engineering, product management, or data science, with a strong ability to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation. Prior experience in marketing, customer, and retail media networks analytics, building, deploying, and operationalizing highly scalable, resilient, and critical data technology solutions solving business problems in a product model. A Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree), with a strong foundation in data-driven decision making and strategic leadership. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working with software development teams to launch online products, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Experience with large-scale order management and inventory systems, as well as customer relationship management systems. A Master's degree in business administration or a similar advanced degree, with a focus on data-driven decision making, strategic leadership, and innovation.
