**Your Day-to-Day Tasks**

As a Weekend Remote Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat. Your tasks will include:

  • Responding to customer support chats in real-time using saved replies and macros
  • Helping users with login access, product questions, and shipping updates
  • Escalating complex billing or technical issues to higher-tier support
  • Accurately summarizing and tagging all resolved chats
  • Maintaining a friendly, calm, and professional tone at all times

**Pay & Shift Details**

As a Weekend Remote Chat Support Agent, you'll start at $25/hour and have the opportunity to earn up to $35/hour after 30 shifts and strong QA performance. You'll choose your own 4-8 hour blocks between 6 AM and 11 PM (local or U.S. time zones), with only Saturday and Sunday shifts required. A minimum commitment of 8 weekend hours/week is expected.
